EFK 5005 Battery Charger Controller
Designed to use with any standard battery charger. All this circuit does is to switch of the current flowing from the battery charger, as soon as the battery voltage reaches 13.8 Volts. if the battery voltage falls to 11 Volts, this unit will switch on again and the current flows to the battery, thus charging it.
